I'm typing this from the only free wifi I found at Gatwick airport. Well nearby it at least (at the McDonalds which is outside Gatwick but basically go to the front door of the linked Hilton Hotel (South Terminal) then turn left and right at the end. Is only 5 min. walk from the terminal but has free wifi although haven't found any power points. In the South Terminal there's powerpoints at the Starbucks but have never found free wifi there (though has been reported here so might be cool). Otherwise the internet points are plentiful but expensive at 1 pound for 10 minutes.
