Haven't checked the Wi-Fi but BT Cloud is expensive anywhere, good GSM coverage, very few payphones (perhaps because of the GSM coverage?), powerpoints hard to find and nowhere near the abbysmal seating. Noisy departure lounge, few creature comforts, expensive food and drink (if you are not on expenses try Boots for the best buys, though limited range) - try not to be delayed!

From www.london-luton.co.uk website:, "BT Openzone, a public-access wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) service that gets you online at high speed when you're out and about, is now available at London Luton airport! This means you can now access the internet in hotspots around the airport without having to plug in internet cables or wires. Visit the following areas in Arrivals to pick up a BT Openzone signal: Costa Coffee and Lovejuice. Once you're in a hotspot, open an internet browser and enter www.btopenzone.com to access the BT Openzone log-in page. If you don't already have an account with BT Openzone, you can purchase BT Openzone access time when you're in any hotspot", There you go! :)

BT Openzone wifi connection, usual BT pricing (UKL6 for 60 mins). Seemed like a fast connection, but I didn't actually check speeds. Miserable working environment. Pray you are not delayed at Luton for too long.
