Freed wi-fi is now said to be available throughout the International Terminal. I used it in Starbucks where the signal strength was good and the connection speed reasonable.

I've only found WiFi in Starbucks and that's usually broken! Power point is available at front of shop if you unplug the Starbucks sign. There might be more connections but I've not come across them...

I found WiFi access outside on the Departures level at a cafe through CentrinOnline. It cost just 10 US$ for 3 hours of access which is valid for a month. Once through the gates there is coverage too.
